2 lbs of Chicken Wings
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp TBQ Steak & Chop
or 1 tbsp TBQ Rib, Chicken and Butt Rub
2 tbsp White Vinegar
2 tbsp TBQ Honey Sauce
2 tbsp Ketchup
2 tbsp Honey
Preheat your oven to 400F.
Rinse chicken wings, pat dry with paper towel. Drizzle olive oil over the wings to coat.
Sprinkle TBQ Steak & Chop or TBQ Rib, Chicken & Butt Rub lightly over them.
Place the wings on a foil covered tray, set on middle rack of the oven for 10-15 minutes. Turn wings over, bake another 10-15 minutes. Both sides should be brown and crispy.
In a large mixing bowl, combine vinegar, TBQ Honey Sauce, ketchup and honey until they are well blended.
Remove wings from oven and toss them in the bowl of sauce to coat well.
Carefully drain all the oil from the tray. Return wings to tray and bake for 10 - 15 minutes, until they are caramelized.
Arrange wings on a preheated the platter, serve and enjoy.
