Ingredients

750 g cremini mushrooms sliced

1 small onion

tsp onion powder

4 garlic cloves

1/2 cup dry white wine

4 tsp fresh thyme

1 cup half & half cream

1 vegetable bouillon cube
-
4 cups water
-
6 tablespoons all purpose flour (can use GF)

1 - 2 tsp TBQ All Purpose Seasoning (to taste)

Crackled black pepper
Directions
Sautée your onion, onion powder & garlic for 2-3 minutes in olive oil (onion first then add garlic)
Add in sliced mushrooms & thyme and salted for 5 minutes
Add white wine and sautée for another 3 minutes
Add flour and let mix together and thicken
Add water, seasoning, black pepper and let boil for 10-15 minutes
Add half & half at the very end
Serve with fresh black pepper, garlic bread & fresh thyme
